Biography（English）
Kenji Adachi leads TSUNAGU's technology strategy and AI/DX education programs. With a background in enterprise systems architecture at a major Japanese IT firm, he brings 18 years of software engineering and AI deployment experience. He architected the TSUNAGU Academy LMS and learning platform, and specializes in generative AI integration for inclusive work environments.
