Biography（English）
Yumiko Mizuno founded TSUNAGU LLC in April 2022 with a mission to transform disability employment in Japan from "obligation" to "competitive advantage." With a background at a global foreign IT company, she later established and led an IT-focused employment transition support office (shuro iko shien jimusho), where she built a unique model integrating IT/DX skill development with inclusive employment support, achieving 95%+ retention rates through IT-focused job design.
